Racsfact:    In the rocks you’ll see an old book hidden away.  Alice works as an agent for the Moon King (Bowie in the previous poster) seeking a book stolen from his library.  I chose to depict her exchanging the Bandit King’s lost son for the purloined volume, a copy of The Tin Drum.

I read an article about Bowie keeping an enormous portable library with him during the Diamond Dogs tour.  That fascinated me.  The Tin Drum was amongst the titles listed on the shelves, and it seemed a good compliment to the overall story in the main set of posters.
